This one is all about the service, or lack of it. Stopped by after a trip to the DMV to grab a quick bite of breakfast Big mistake. Lots of staff in the place, but no one running the registers. Took at least 10 minutes for them to ring up the six people in front of me. I ordered a scone to go, and then the guy who rang me up didn't bag my order, but ended up talking over the display case to the guest behind me who had called in and also had issues with his order. Ended up being another 5 minutes before I got my scone. Next time, I'll do the right thing and go to Starbucks. The DMV was a far more pleasant experience.

The grilled cheese was the worst ever. It looked like yellow butter melted into the bread. No cheese whatsoever. If there was one slice of cheese it was gone. I asked the manager where was the cheese, he said oh he would make me another sandwich, the prep person was new. Well when he brought me back the sandwich it wasn't crispy, but it was exactly the same no cheese. I paid Almost $8 for two slices of bread. I was so disappointed. It was awful. When you ask for a turkey sandwich you get Turkey for $9, at least a few slices. So why for $8, is there no cheese in the grilled cheese. Then I saw the cheese they were using it was plastic cheese from a plastic 24 slice package like you get in the grocery store. How horrible is that? I like Panera's coffee and desserts and salads and even some soups are better than others, but the grilled cheese was the biggest rip off and disappointment.

Went here for lunch after workout. I ordered a parfait which is definitely not worth the money ( $4.00) for two scoops of Greek yogurt. My friend ordered the tomato, mozzarella flatbread which was mediocre. The staff didn't know what they were doing and were all over the place. Prices don't meet the quality expected. Wouldn't recommend.

Sunday 7 pm. This place is absolutely a mess tonight. My previous day time reviews have been great but not this evening. Garbage all over floors, everything is sticky. Food--wrap was good. I didn't like the thai salad, burnt black flakes in it. Taking a picture. Seriously you throw burnt stuff in my salad and ruin the whole thing. I thought I would eat fast what I could and leave. Little knats flying around food and as I thought it couldn't get worse an employee starts vacuuming under my feet as I am eating.

I live in Arizona, and I have heard so many people complain that there is no Panera where I live. So when I passed by Panera today, I knew I had to eat here. I wasn't sure how it compared to other bread companies because it seemed to have the same bagels/soup/salad/sandwich menu like most places. I tried the tuna salad sandwich and Greek salad with a lemonade on the side. Definitely get the lemonade. It is homemade and there are no refills, but it wonderful. Not too sweet or too sour. I love it. The Greek salad was pleasant, and the tuna salad reminded me of home - with the soft wheat bread. Lots of booths here, and the meals are around $6-9.

Typical Panera Bread food, but truly atrocious service. The person at the register (7/18/15, approximately 4:10 pm) forgot to make my smoothie and had the nerve to give attitude when I asked where my smoothie was about 12 minutes later. I had picked up my order and saw that my smoothie was missing. Dunno if it's a Palm Beach thing. I definitely don't recommend this particular branch as I could go elsewhere and get way better service for the same price.

My boyfriend and I were here at noon on a Friday. We chose this restaurant as we needed a quick lunch and wanted to sit outside since we had our dog with us. Panera Bread is always delicious with consistently good food. This day was no exception. The outdoor atmosphere in the City Place plaza was lovely. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. What prompted me to write this review was the actions of one of their employees, Carlos. He appeared to have a job similar to a bus boy. Carlos, without us asking him, brought a bowl of water for our dog who was quietly sitting under our table. I really appreciated this gesture because, unfortunately, I was so hungry that I forgot to get some water for our dog myself. I thought it was very kind of him and reflects very well on this Panera Bread location.

It's a Panera Bread in City Place, West Palm Beach. It's the same as any other Panera Bread anywhere else in the country. OK sandwiches, soups that are a little better than the sandwiches. Nearly everything on the menu has cheese in it. (Not being a cheese lover, this makes the Panera menu somewhat problematic for me.)

Wrote a review about Panera in Lancaster Pennsylvania. Yelp gave me the wrong address. Never been to Paneras in Florida can speak to it can speak to the one in Lancaster Pennsylvania it's quite dirty and the food is lacking in every imaginable way as is the atmosphere. Staff obnoxious. I spoke to the manager I understand now why this is so poor. If you want something good in Lancaster on the same road go to noodles and company where the service and the food can't be beat. Don't judge Lancaster by the Lancaster Panera.

Enjoyed my cinnamon crunch bagel toasted with CC, but the low fat black cherry smoothie was not thick enough. It was loose and watery, but had decent flavor. Carlos was a nice busser, giving us some tourist suggestions. Overall, if you pick the right thing, Panera can be a good place for a bite to eat, but $5 for an egg and cheese sandwich is starting to push the envelope.

It's a Panera...but at least it has outdoor seating. It was a quick breakfast, but Dunkin Donuts would be slightly better for the "microwaved egg sandwich".

I really like Panera, but I always think that the bread has a bit of an off taste to it. I can't describe it but other people know what I am saying when I bring it up. The best thing they have are their breakfast souffles. Just delicious, but make sure you get a fresh one, they usually put the time it was made on the bottom, so check that it is no longer than 15 minutes or so. The spinach bacon souffle was the best IMO, the most cheesy too, even cheesier than the 4 cheese one! I like the bread bowl too with the chicken and rice soup, or broccoli cheese. I am not a fan of their sandwiches, for the price The Cheese Course or bistro would be a better bet.

This branches of Panera is great. Free WiFi. Quick service. It's also in a great location in City Place with lots of shops, places to sit and a Barnes and Noble nearby. I'd definitely visit again.
